Information on classes and students

If user pictures have been uploaded, they are displayed in the first column of the table. The table lists first name, last name, class, email address and legal guardians of the pupils. You can also send a message to individual pupils.

If you need the social security number of a pupil e. g. to fill in an accident report, click on the picture of the student to open the details view.

Principals and education portal admins additionally have the column bPK:BF. They can copy the pupil's bPK to the clipboard or download the list in a desired format. The bPK might be needed by other applications for user matching.

Why are students missing?

There are several reasons why student data cannot be displayed.

• The current school year has not been assigned to student data. Please make sure that all students have the current school year assigned in the school management software.
• Students have not been assigned to classes in the current school year. Please make sure that students are assigned to their respective class in the school management software.
• Data inconsistencies in the school management software. Please make sure, that all student data is correct in the school management software.
• Data has not been transferred from the school management software to the school management registry.

Note: As a rule, entries made in the student administration software are synchronized in the education portal the next day. Particularly at the beginning of the school year, delays may occur due to the large amounts of data involved.
