On the team page, all of the organization's employees are listed with their user picture, first name, last name and corresponding role at the school. You can use the Send message function to send a message to an employee. You can also search and filter the list.

Principals and education portal admins additionally have the column bPK:BF. They can copy the employee's bPK to the clipboard or download the list in a desired format. The bPK might be needed by other applications for user matching.

If the employees are not displayed, the data may not have been transferred yet or may be incorrect. If the data is incomplete or inconsistent, please ensure that the data is stored correctly in PM/SAP. If in doubt, your education directorate can help you. The following groups of people are covered by automatic data transfer:

  • Federal employees at federal schools, private schools, universities of education, education directorates, and the central authority (Zentralstelle). The respective education directorate is responsible for data entry and corrections in the subordinate area. This includes teaching and administrative staff.
  • Federal employees teaching at agricultural and forestry schools (AFS). The federal ministry responsible for AFS is responsible for data entry and corrections. This only includes teaching staff
  • Teachers at compulsory schools. The respective education directorate is responsible for data entry and corrections. Only teaching staff are included.

In all other cases, the feature “ Custom Affiliations ” can be used to manually add individuals to the school. However, this option should only be used if the person is not to be created via one of the automatically synchronized source systems in the education portal.

Note: It may take up to three days for changes in staff data to be synchronized to all systems. Especially at the beginning of the school year, delays may occur.
