Can I reduce the number of displayed first names?
The data in the education portal is synchronized from official registers. Therefore, all official first names of a person are transferred. It is possible to reduce the number of displayed first names in the education portal and in joint applications.
To change the number of displayed first names, click the Profile option in the Profile menu in the top right corner.
Click the Edit profile option in the User details section.
In the Shown firstname section, deselect the first name(s) you would like to hide and click the Save icon.
Individual names separated by spaces or hyphens can be deselected. The first name in the list cannot be deselected, and the order of the first names cannot be changed.
