Where can I find officially e-signed school reports?
Digitally signed official documents, like school reports, are stored in the personal archive, if they have been placed there by the signing authority. Everybody can access their own documents. Legal guardians can also access the documents of their children.
Only documents signed using the official signature service of the education portal from September 2023 onwards are stored in the document archive. Documents are automatically deleted from the personal archive when the Available until date is reached. The document archive is only accessible to the user who created the document.
Open a document
To open a document, click the Name of the document in the Personal archive widget on the Dashboard or click the Go to archive button to open a list of all the documents in the personal archive.
Legal guardians see their own personal archive in their Personal area and the personal archive of their child in the school area of their child.
Click the View document link at the end of the corresponding line of the document.
