Send a data correction request

If you miss the affiliation to a school or if one of your children is not listed, this may be due to the fact that your school has not yet been activated to use the education portal (please refer to Availability of the education portal) or due to inaccurate data stored by the respective school in the school administration program. All data must match the master number register of the Austrian federal administration.

Using your ID-Austria for the login to the educational portal enables you to directly send a data correction request to the respective school(s), which submits your exact data as provided by the master number register to the schools administration. This will help your schools administration with the data correction and will accelerate the process.
