User accounts in the education portal are created and maintained based on data from the school administration software. Therefore, all changes need to be made in the school administration software. Please contact your school if changes need to be made to your personal information in the user profile. You can change the email address or set a preferred email address.

Changing the email address

To change your email address, open the profile menu in the top right corner and select Profile.

In the User details section, click Edit profile.

The Provided contact data section gives an overview of all contact data that has been automatically transferred to the education portal. If any information is incorrect, please contact the providing organization to correct it.

Enter the new email address in the E-mail field of the Self service contact data section, then click Update profile. An email is generated and sent to the indicated address.

An information page is displayed, informing you about the email change. Click Continue.

Confirmation page

Open your mailbox and click the confirmation link. If you did not receive the email, check your spam folder.
