All employees with an @bildung.gv.at email address can reset their password for their email account in the education portal. To reset the password, you must log in to the education portal with ID Austria.

The reset the password, click Open in the @bildung.gv.at widget.

Click Change password.

Enter the password in the New password field and in the New password (again) field. The password must have at least 8 characters, at least 1 digit, at least 1 lower case letter, at least 1 upper case letter, at least 1 special character such as *, -, or #. Click Set new password.

The password is reset and your login email address is displayed.

Note: The email address of federal emploees is employeeID@bildung.gv.at. The employee ID consists of 8 digits. If your employee ID is shorter, add leading zeros e.g. 01234567@bildung.gv.at.
