Information on "Base data"
The organization master data is displayed in the Base data option of the Organization widget. The data of all Austrian schools is imported from the central register schulen-online. The data of education directorates, teacher training colleges and Austrian schools abroad is maintained directly in the education portal.
If master data needs to be changed, please contact schulen-online@bmb.gv.at in the case of schools and support@bildung.gv.at in the case of education directorates, teacher training colleges and Austrian schools abroad.
Changing the organization name
The official name of the organization is often "Volksschule" or "Mittelschule". Therefore, principals and education portal admins can change the name of the organization in the education portal. The education directorate can also change the name of associated schools. Open the Base data option in the Organization widget.
Click the edit icon in front of the Name
Change the name and click Save changes.
